Consello Ltd was founded in 2010 and has been an independent Insurance Broker and consultant offering service to medium size and large companies and organizations in Iceland. Consello became certified as Insurance Brokers in 2011.
From the start Consello has been fully occupied in its consultancy activities. During these years, the owners have notices increased interest for alternative insurance approach formal brokers in the Icelandic Insurance market. We believe there is an opportunity to introduce new insurance opportunity in Iceland.

Gudmundur Hafsteinsson is a certified insurance broker who has been in the Insurance business since 1995 and is the chairman of Consello and is the companies Lloyds marked specialist. Gudmundur who is former Insurance Manager of Air Atlanta and Avion Group. His specialty is Aviation & Aerospace, Marine, D&O, Liabilities.
Larus Hrafn Larusson is a certified insurance broker and is CEO of Consello, who has been in the Insurance business since 1982 and previously worked as a consultant and a Key Account Manager at Sjova and TM Insurance companies in Iceland.  His specialty are Construction, Energy and Power, Real Estate, Surety Bonds & Guarantees, D&O, Cyber, Professional Liabilities 
Gudmundur Asgrimsson is a business analyst from the University of Reykjavík and graduated from the Open University of HR in insurance in 2012. He worked in corporate consulting at Kaupthing from 2005 to 2009 and Sjova from 2009 to 2013. 
His specialty is managing price surveys and tenders as well as consulting and is manager of independent insurance consultancies at Consello.
