Consello ehf was founded in 2010 by Guðmundur Ólafur Hafsteinsson and Lárus Hrafnur Lárussson, licensed insurance brokers.

Consello has worked with a number of companies and institutions on insurance tenders or price surveys, risk assessments, risk analysis, documentation of claims service procedures and the preparation of insurance manuals.
